The Leicestershire MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Therapy Centre ("the Centre", "we", "us", "our") is a registered charity operating from 31 Freemans Common Road, Leicester, LE2 7SQ.

The Centre provides therapeutic services to people living with MS and similar conditions, including:

• Oxygen therapy - the medical use of oxygen in a pressurised environment

• Physiotherapy - movement, exercise, and manual therapy

• Holistic therapy - including aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, and hot stone massage

• Social and wellbeing support - drop-in spaces, group sessions, refreshments

4. Membership

4.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to any person wishing to access the Centre's facilities. Before accessing equipment or receiving therapy, all new members must complete an initial consultation with the Centre Manager.

4.2 Annual membership fee

The current annual membership fee is £40. This fee may change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

4.3 What membership includes

Annual membership grants access to all services offered at the Centre, subject to availability, health suitability, and any individual assessment by the Centre's staff.

4.4 Membership conduct

Members are expected to treat all staff, volunteers, and fellow members with respect. The Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where conduct is inappropriate or endangers others.

4.5 Cancellation and refunds

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at info@leicsmstherapycentre.org.uk. As the Centre is a charity, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership year has begun, except at the Centre Manager's discretion in cases of serious illness or other exceptional circumstances.

5. Donations

The Centre is a registered charity and relies on donations to operate. Any donation made through the Site or in person is entirely voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law.

If you elect to Gift Aid a donation, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you understand HMRC may reclaim any Gift Aid claimed if you pay insufficient UK income or capital gains tax. It is your responsibility to notify us if your tax status changes.

Donations may be processed through third-party platforms (such as GiveWheel). The use of such platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
